Jessica Ciccarello

Jessica Ciccarello is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at EDC since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as an Associate People Business Partner at Cedar, where responsibilities included managing performance reviews, developing immigration policies, and overseeing compliance initiatives. Jessica's extensive experience in the nonprofit sector includes key positions at Hope for Haiti, including Director of Culture and Leadership, where a comprehensive employee experience framework was implemented, and Director of Employee Experience and Administration, where Jessica managed HR operations and training. Jessica also held various administrative and management roles earlier in their career, developing skills in employee relations, client success, and organizational communication. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Butler University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern Indiana.
