Dr Richard Churches

Dr Richard Churches serves as the Director of Research at Education Development Trust, where extensive consulting experience spans numerous countries related to education reform and evidence-based practice. Previous roles include Global Head of Research and Lead Adviser, with notable recent projects involving evidence-based practice in Sierra Leone and leading workload reduction research for the Department for Education in England. In addition to these roles, Dr Churches has authored several influential publications on neuroscience and teacher-led research, collaborating with prominent figures in education.
