Carrie Schaal

Carrie Schaal is the Founder & Certified Breathwork Coach at Blue Sky Breath, where Carrie teaches breathing exercises to improve health and wellbeing. With a background in learning and development, Carrie has held various senior roles in companies like Educational Resource Systems Inc., AstraZeneca, Genentech, and Merck. Carrie has also worked as a middle school educator and international educator, and holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from San Francisco State University.
