David Pone

David Pone has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. David currently works at ETS as the Director of Partnerships & Account Management. Before that, they worked as an Associate Director of Product Operations Management. Prior to ETS, David worked at McGraw Hill Financial as a Six Sigma Black Belt/Project Manager. David also gained experience at McGraw-Hill Construction, where they served as a Business Process Leader, focusing on increasing customer retention and improving sales efforts. Additionally, they worked in New Business Development in the Construction Division of The McGraw Hill Companies. At the start of their career, David worked as an Account Manager at McGraw-Hill Construction, managing a large customer base and closing sales.

David Pone attended Gettysburg College from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Philosophy. From 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and Higher Education from Rider University. David also received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University. In 2008, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, although the institution is unspecified. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org.
