Sonia Dal is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on strategic HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at EduCo International Group since March 2019, Sonia has also held key HR roles in various organizations, including Head of Human Resources at Teds Camera Stores and The Homewares Group, as well as National Human Resources Manager at Service Stream. With a robust background in employee relations and safety, Sonia has contributed to significant business transformations in previous positions, including as Human Resources & Change Manager at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and Asia Pacific HR Manager at Western Union Business Solutions. Sonia holds two Master’s degrees in International Business from the University of Melbourne, emphasizing both International Business and Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations.
