Vinay AVK has a diverse work experience in the recruitment field. Vinay started their career as a Recruiting Intern at Instant jobs in July 2022 and completed their internship in September 2022. In October 2022, they joined Career Craft Management Pvt. Ltd. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and worked until March 2023. Currently, Vinay is working at Edvenswa Enterprises as a US IT Recruiter/Bench Sales Recruiter, starting from April 2023.

Vinay AVK pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Acharya Nagarjuna University. Vinay attended the university from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, Vinay AVK completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from GITAM Deemed University from 2017 to 2020.
