Eric VanDerSluis

Eric VanDerSluis has a diverse work experience in leadership development and talent management. Eric is currently the Senior Director of Learning & Performance Strategy at Edward Jones, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Vanguard as the Global Head of Leadership Development from November 2019 to April 2023. Eric also served as a Senior Consultant and Practice Lead at Teleos Leadership Institute from September 2016 to November 2019. Eric held several roles at Comcast, including Director of Talent and Professional Development, Senior Director of Talent Management, and Senior Director of Talent and Professional Development. Eric's earlier experience includes a role in Leadership and Organizational Development at Chase Card Services and an Assistant Director position at Rutgers University.

Eric VanDerSluis completed their Bachelor's degree in History and Secondary Education from The College of New Jersey, attending from 1997 to 2001. Eric then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Education, Culture and Society from the University of Pennsylvania, completing their studies in 2005. Additionally, they obtained certifications including MBTI from CPP in March 2013 and SPHR from SHRM in June 2008.
