John Fennell is a seasoned executive with a strong background in risk management. Currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer & Head of Clearing Operations at EDX Markets, John also holds the position of Board Member and Chief Risk Officer at tFOSE Group Holdings Inc. and SURFIN. With a wealth of experience at OCC, where John was the Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, John has a deep understanding of managing risks associated with complex portfolios of financial instruments. John holds a MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
