Andrew Shipley

Andrew Shipley is currently serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Legal Operations at EeroQ Quantum Hardware. Prior to this role, Andrew co-founded Mrkt Analytics, where Andrew utilized NLP and predictive statistical modeling to provide insights to legal and financial service providers. Before that, Andrew founded and managed AGS Law and worked as an Associate and Law Clerk at Gunderson Dettmer. Andrew holds a JD from Yale Law School and a DPhil in Political Psychology from the University of Oxford, where Andrew was a Rhodes Scholar. Additionally, Andrew received a Fulbright Scholarship for their BA in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Oregon.
