Florence Delacave is a highly experienced HR professional with a background in HR management, coaching, outplacement, assessments, recruitment, and HR project management. Florence currently holds various roles in different companies, including HR Manager, HR Project Manager, and Outplacement Coach. In addition to their work in HR, Florence is also the owner of Cara Notte, a company that offers Italian homewear from traditional family-run businesses. With a strong educational background in HR management from Vlerick Business School and Odisee, Florence continues to enhance their skills through ongoing education.
