Ravi Sandepudi

Ravi Sandepudi has over 30 years of experience in building and shipping data-focused enterprise products. In 2021, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Effectiv, a productivity-first fraud prevention platform with a focus on human/AI interaction. In 2020, they were an Entrepreneur In Residence at ClearTax India. In 2019, they were the Director of Product Development at PayPal. From 2014 to 2019, they held various roles at Simility, A PayPal Service, including VP Engineering & General Manager, Simility EMEA and Head of Engineering. From 2007 to 2014, they held various roles at Google, including Manager, Trust & Safety, Senior Software Engineer, Trust & Safety, and Analyst, Trust & Safety.

Ravi Sandepudi completed their Bachelor of Engineering with Honours (B.E. Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute Of Technology and Science, Pilani Dubai between 2003 and 2007. In 2006, they attended The Wharton School's Summer Institute of Business & Technology, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
