Falko Kranz

Falko Kranz has a strong and diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Procter & Gamble, Gillette. In 2005, they became the Head of Human Resources at SinnerSchrader, before transitioning to a Managing Consultant role at IBM in 2006. Falko then joined SuccessFactors as a Senior Solutions Consultant in 2010, and later moved to SAP as a Principal Solutions Consultant in 2014. In 2016, Kranz became the Director of Human Capital at Deloitte Deutschland, where they stayed until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales | DACH at Effective People.

Falko Kranz attended the University of Hohenheim from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Diplom degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
