Ashley Seidel

Ashley Seidel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both human resources and dance instruction. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Effective School Solutions since June 2021, Ashley has prior experience as a Human Resources Representative at Residential Programs Inc, where organizational skills were utilized to manage health benefits and compliance for over 100 employees. In the dance field, Ashley has been a Dance Instructor at Prestige Academy of Dance since May 2019 and has held various teaching and choreographer roles, including at Not Your Ordinary Dancers since August 2011 and as a Dance Team Coach at Raritan High School from December 2013 to June 2021. An accomplished dancer, Ashley was also a Professional Dancer for the New York Jets from June 2013 to June 2018. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance from Montclair State University.
