Khai Xian Lau has three years of work experience. In 2018, they began as an Intern at Pulsifi, where they were assigned to do data cleansing and data entry work. In 2020, they worked as a Junior Artificial Intelligence System Engineer at Skymind. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at Efinix, Inc.

Khai Xian Lau obtained a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak between 2015 and 2019. In 2020, they obtained two certifications from CERTIFAI: Certified Deep Learning Engineer Examination and Literacy in AI.
