Deputy Director Of Administration & Head Of Human Resources at EFTA Surveillance Authority

Kathryn Edwards-Bryan has a diverse work experience in human resources. Kathryn began their career in 2001 as a Senior Human Resources Assistant at West Yorkshire Police, where they eventually became a Human Resources Officer and played a key role in the establishment of a new unit. In 2010, they joined South Yorkshire Probation Trust as a Human Resources Manager. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office as a Human Resources Officer, providing comprehensive HR services to British Diplomatic Missions in Belgium and Luxembourg. Since 2014, Kathryn has been the Deputy Director of Administration & Head of Human Resources at EFTA Surveillance Authority.

Kathryn Edwards-Bryan pursued their education in a chronological order. In 1997, they enrolled at the University of Birmingham, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics with Study in Continental Europe in 2001. Later in 2004, they attended Leeds Beckett University and completed a Master's degree in Personnel & Development, specializing in Human Resource Management in the following year.
