Braeden Melter

Braeden Melter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Braeden began their career in 2012 as an IT Helpdesk Supervisor in the U.S Army, where they managed a team and oversaw IT projects. In 2016, they worked as a Deployment Engineer at Amazon Robotics, collaborating with vendors and reporting project status to executives. Braeden then transitioned to Cambria as an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master, where they successfully managed teams and met with stakeholders to review project priorities. In 2017, Braeden joined Calabrio, Inc. as an IT Project Coordinator, supporting a project team in implementing call center software. Most recently, they joined eGain Corporation in 2018, first as an IT Project Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for program and project management, communication with clients, and implementing Agile and traditional project management principles.

Braeden Melter began their education at the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2012 and completed their Associate's Degree in General Studies in 2016. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the same institution, which they obtained in 2020. Later, in 2021, Braeden enrolled in the University of Maryland Global Campus once again to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

In addition to their formal education, Braeden Melter also obtained several certifications. In November 2016, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in March 2016, they achieved the CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner certification, and in July 2015, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification.
