Derek Wong

Derek Wong's work experience includes a role as a Senior Engineer I, Solution Success at eGain Corporation starting in July 2016. In this position, they work on escalated P1 issues, evaluates and troubleshoots product bugs, and demos application capabilities to customers. Prior to this, they worked as a Graphic Designer / Production Artist at Nikos Media & Graphics from December 2013 to January 2016.

Derek Wong attended San Francisco State University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication Design.
