Nghia Pham

Manager, Solution Success at eGain

Nghia Pham has extensive work experience in the field of technology and customer support. Nghia started their career as a Technical Support Intern at eGain Corporation in March 2013, and later became a Technical Support Analyst in June 2013. Nghia then transitioned into the role of a Technical Support Engineer in October 2014. From January 2016 until July 2021, Nghia served as a Team Lead at eGain Corporation. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Solution Success at the same company, starting in July 2021.

In addition to their experience at eGain Corporation, Nghia also worked as a Student Assistant at San Jose State University from December 2008 to May 2012.

Nghia Pham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University, where they attended from 2007 to 2012.
