Eric Pohlig

Eric Pohlig has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Eric currently holds the position of Director - Ecosystems and Alliances at eGain Corporation since April 2021.

Prior to that, Eric worked at Accenture from 2015 to 2020 as an Alliance Services Deal Manager. In this role, they negotiated client and Ecosystem agreements, managed large and complex global deals, and collaborated with Solution Architects in selecting software and infrastructure technology partners.

From 2014 to 2015, Eric served as the Director at CareerMatch360, where they introduced a customizable recruitment tool and enhanced the selection process for candidates.

Eric also worked at Capgemini for over a decade, starting as a Senior Manager in 2000 and staying until 2013. During their time there, Eric led the reselling of enterprise software technology and hardware products, implemented strategic IT business partner programs, and successfully delivered technology solutions to major clients.

Additionally, Eric had a role at EY as a Sales representative for Ernst & Young Technologies from 2000 to 2003. Eric sold various services and worked closely with Audit Partners on identifying and closing opportunities.

Before that, Eric worked at PwC as a Reseller Consultant from 1997 to 1999. Eric managed hardware and software selection initiatives, collaborated with clients to improve project management and cost effectiveness, and resold technology into consulting engagements.

Furthermore, Eric started their career at CompUSA as a Corporate Account Executive from 1995 to 1997.

Prior to their corporate experience, Eric worked at City of Alexandria Social Services from 1988 to 1995. Eric developed organizational structures, implemented workflow management procedures, and participated in computerized system projects related to welfare eligibility requirements.
