Priyanka Ranjan

Priyanka Ranjan began their work experience in 2013 as a Software Test Engineer at L&T Infotech, where they worked on the "Scania Dealer System" project. Priyanka handled maintenance and enhancement tasks for the system until March 2017. Priyanka then joined eGain Corporation in April 2017 as a QA Engineer I, where they were responsible for fully testing the product or system, setting up test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases, and executing them. In October 2020, they were promoted to the role of QA Engineer II at eGain Corporation, where they continue to contribute to the testing process.

Priyanka Ranjan completed their Senior Secondary education in Computer Science at Krishna Niketan from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they attended Saveetha School of Engineering from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
