Stephen Kennedy

Stephen Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Stephen started their career in 1991 at Workgroup Systems as an SQL Technical Support and Training employee. Stephen then joined Ernst & Young in 1993 as a Support Group Advisor. In 1995, Stephen became the Technical Support Manager for Northern Europe at Sterling Software. Stephen worked as a Support Engineer at Scopus / Siebel from 1996 to 1997. From 1997 to 1999, Stephen served as a Support Manager at Primus Knowledge Solutions. Stephen then joined ServiceWare Technologies UK as the International Director of Technology from 1999 to 2003. Stephen additionally worked as a Senior Business Consultant at Merlin Information Systems from 2003 to 2008. Stephen then joined Consona Corporation as a Technical Architect from 2008 to 2012. Stephen has been with eGain Corporation since 2012, holding various roles including Pre-Sales, Pre-Sales Manager, and currently as the Director of Pre-Sales.
