Sujith Sudhakar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sujith currently works as a Customer Success Manager at eGain Corporation since April 2023. Prior to that, they were an Enterprise Customer Success Account Manager at Mytraffic where they developed and implemented a Customer Success Strategy across multiple countries and managed key Fortune 100 clients.
Sujith also has experience as a Trustee and Co-founder of HeadStart Academy at ILE Network, where they supported a network of professionals and students aiming to inspire and mentor young people from ethnic minorities and disadvantaged backgrounds.

Sujith Sudhakar has a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Science (Medical Engineering) from Middlesex University. Sujith also has a Diploma of Higher Education in Engineering from The Open University. Sujith obtained a Cambridge International A Level in Cambridge International A Levels from The European Academy for Christian Homechooling.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Sujith has obtained several certifications. Sujith received the IGNITE Sales Certification from Oracle in June 2019. In May 2018, they obtained the Year 1 Sales Success certification from SAP. Sujith also completed the BASHO Sales Training program provided by Kensei Partners in April 2018.
