Dr. Tobias Effey

Dr. Tobias Effey has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Research Associate & Consultant at the Werkzeugmaschinenlabor, WZL der RWTH Aachen. After that, they held various roles at Oman German Technology Solutions (OGtech) from 2013 to 2016, including General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. In 2013, they also became the Head of Training and Smart Solutions Centre at the German University of Technology in Oman. From 2016 to 2023, Dr. Effey served as the Head of Business Process Management at CLAAS. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Process Excellence at egeplast international GmbH since 2023.

Dr. Tobias Effey has an extensive education history in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Tobias completed their undergraduate degree, a Dipl.-Ing., from RWTH Aachen University, from 2001 to 2008. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Dr.-Ing. degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, which they completed from 2008 to 2014.
