Gavy Chang

Gavy Chang currently serves as Head of Process Excellence at Jardine Matheson, a role held since 2018. Prior experience includes positions such as Global Lean Leader at Bupa, where responsibilities encompassed Lean deployment across global markets, and MBB at Mondelēz International, focusing on Lean Six Sigma integration in Asia Pacific supply chains. At Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials, Gavy was the Enterprise Lean Sigma Champion, driving lean business processes through cross-regional initiatives. Earlier roles include Director of Continuous Improvement at Jarden Consumer Solutions and Sr. Project Facilitation Manager at 友邦保險, concentrating on performance management and project facilitation. Gavy’s career began at Nokia Mobile Phones as Regional Improvement Manager, emphasizing quality improvement and supplier capability. Gavy holds a BEng(Hons) in Industrial Engineering from The University of Hong Kong and a Master’s degree in Management from Macquarie Business School.
