Alexei Sokolov

Alexei Sokolov is a highly experienced management consultant currently serving as a Partner and Managing Partner for Russia & CIS at Egon Zehnder since September 2007. Prior to this role, Sokolov was a Senior Manager at TNK-BP, overseeing the Board of Directors Office and commercial planning for the gas stream from 2003 to 2007. Sokolov also held a managerial position at Accenture and worked as a consultant at A.T. Kearney earlier in the career. Sokolov holds an MBA from London Business School and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Change at INSEAD. Additional qualifications include a diploma in International Relations from Moscow State Institute of International Relations and a Master's degree with distinction in International Conflict Analysis from the University of Kent, along with certifications in wines and spirits.
