David Walsh-Pickering

David Walsh-Pickering serves as a Practice Group Specialist in the North America CEO and Board Practice at Egon Zehnder, focusing on CEO and Board recruitment, as well as implementing strategic initiatives to enhance relationship management within the FT1000. Previous experience includes managing CEO succession and Board advisory projects at Citadel and leading employment-related projects as the Provincial Employment Roundtable Manager at YES. With a solid academic foundation, including a Ph.D. in International Relations and Affairs from Queen's University, David has also contributed as a research assistant on critical security issues and held various teaching and administrative roles throughout a diverse professional career.
