Peter Kiernan

Peter Kiernan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, advisory roles, and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Senior Adviser at OMERS Private Equity and Egon Zehnder, Peter has also held significant positions such as Non Executive Director and Chair of the Finance and Remuneration Committees at London First, and Chairman at Lifeways Group. Prior to these roles, Peter served as Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at TUNGSTEN CORPORATION PLC, alongside leadership positions at Canaccord Genuity Limited, Lazard, Goldman Sachs, and UBS. Peter began their career as a Chartered Accountant at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. Peter holds an MA in Natural Sciences (Chemistry) from the University of Cambridge.
