Ruchika Singh is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment across various sectors and regions. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Egon Zehnder since July 2022, Ruchika previously held the position of Recruitment Business Partner at SSP Limited from September 2018 to July 2022, overseeing end-to-end recruitment for multiple countries, including India, the UK, Australia, and South Africa. Prior roles include Senior Executive HR at arvato India, where recruitment for prominent clients such as Microsoft and HP was executed, and Talent Acquisition Analyst at Dell, focusing on creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
