Wael Sherif

Wael Sherif is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in governmental advisory roles. Since June 2011, Wael has served as a Legal Counsellor at the Egyptian Council of State, focusing on the review of proposed laws and regulations, and conducting analytical studies on their appropriateness. Additionally, since July 2017, Wael has been a Legal Counsellor at GAFI, where responsibilities include resolving disputes between government entities and investors, while facilitating communication among stakeholders. Wael has also held the position of Judge at the Egyptian State Council since 2011. Wael holds a degree from Cairo University, earned from 2005 to 2009.
