Elvire Poletto

Elvire Poletto has a wealth of experience in human resources and management roles. Elvire is currently the Human Resources Director at Eiffage Construction starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Capgemini from 2017 to 2022, where they held various positions including Senior HR Business Partner and Senior HR Generalist. Elvire was responsible for managing transformation projects, developing and implementing HR concepts, providing training and auditing HR processes.
