Rudraprasad Nanjundappa

RudraPrasad Nanjundappa has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. RudraPrasad started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Design Department at IFB Automotive Pvt Ltd, where they conducted Finite Element Analysis and managed prototype development. After a brief stint in the automotive industry, they pursued a career in IT and joined ITC Infotech as a Module Lead, working on web application design and development.

RudraPrasad then moved on to Infosys Technologies, where they served as an Associate Consultant and led multiple CRM implementation projects. RudraPrasad gained expertise in CRM functional and process management as well as configuration on Siebel CRM.

RudraPrasad'scareer then took him to Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they served as the India Practice Lead for CRM Consulting. RudraPrasad traveled globally for consulting assignments and experienced the full spectrum of CRM consulting.

Afterward, RudraPrasad joined LinkedIn as the Head of Customer Success Consulting for India. RudraPrasad played a crucial role in ensuring customer success and satisfaction within the organization.

RudraPrasad then co-founded YOSKA, a Health-Tech venture offering SaaS products and personalized training programs for endurance sports. RudraPrasad raised seed funding, managed product development, and established Yoska as a leading player in the global endurance space. RudraPrasad also focused on customer-centric strategies and achieved recognition for Yoska as the top Triathlon Club in India.

RudraPrasad then worked as a Consultant at Delhivery, a leading logistics and supply chain company. RudraPrasad developed strategies to enhance customer and client experience by leveraging opportunities across different dimensions.

Currently, RudraPrasad is working at Eightfold as a Regional Vice President. RudraPrasad has held various positions, including Senior Director of Professional Services and Regional Vice President of Product Delivery and Professional Services for the EMEA and APAC regions.

Throughout their career, RudraPrasad has demonstrated a passion for customer success, strategic planning, and leadership in various industries and roles.

RudraPrasad Nanjundappa completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Technology in 1999. RudraPrasad then pursued a PGDM (MBA) from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, specializing in IT & Marketing, from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, RudraPrasad has also obtained several certifications related to customer experience, AI-first product leadership, and management.
