Grant Weinberg McIpd

Grant Weinberg MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Grant most recently served as the VP Talent Acquisition at Eikon Therapeutics, where they led the Talent Acquisition function. Prior to that, they co-founded Going Viral DJs, a livestreaming platform for electronic music, and served as a DJ. Grant also held leadership roles at TriNet, where they were the VP Global Talent Acquisition, HR Operations & HRIS, and Gilead Sciences, where they served as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader and Director Talent Acquisition EMEA. Grant also worked at Accenture, Capgemini, Manpower, Allegis Group, and aerotek in various recruitment and managerial positions. Throughout their career, Grant has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition and management, successfully leading teams and driving strategic direction for recruitment initiatives.

Grant Weinberg MCIPD completed their education from various institutions. In 1989-1991, they attended Witwatersrand Technikon, where they earned a National Diploma in Company Administration with a focus on Business. In 2003-2005, they pursued a postgraduate diploma (Masters) in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University. Later, in 2016, they participated in the RBL - HR Leadership Program, further enhancing their skills in HR Leadership.
