Maria Metzger

Maria Metzger serves as the Executive Director of Supplier Relationship Management & Performance in Clinical Operations at Eikon Therapeutics since January 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing clinical development supplier relationships and ensuring high-quality services. Prior to this, Maria held various leadership roles at Novartis from October 2010 to January 2023, including Executive Director of Global Procurement for Clinical Research and Development and Head of Clinical Services in R&D Procurement. Maria began the career at Johnson & Johnson, where roles spanned from Associate Director of Preclinical Sourcing to Manager of Indirect Sourcing. Early experience includes positions at United Technologies Corporation and Corning Incorporated. Maria holds an MBA in General Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
