Scott Bailey has a diverse work experience in various industries. Scott is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Eikon Therapeutics since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BeiGene as the Senior Director of Clinical Supply from March 2019 to May 2022. Scott also gained valuable experience at Genentech, Inc. where they held multiple roles including Head of Production Services, Senior Manager, Senior Master Scheduler, and Senior Product Planner between April 2006 and March 2019. Scott also briefly served as a Core Team Member at TransCelerate Biopharma, Inc. in 2015. Scott's earlier career includes significant roles in the US Air Force as a Captain and Chief of Intelligence for Combat Mission Planning, as well as an Intelligence Analyst. Scott also worked as a Senior Intern at the Office of the Governor - Mitt Romney and as a Policy Intern at the United States Senate - Offices of Senators Harry Reid and John Ensign.

Scott Bailey attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Scott later went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business and Government Policy at Harvard University from 2002 to 2004. In 2008 to 2009, Scott attended Stanford University's Strategic Decision and Risk Management Program.
