Kristin Gay

Kristin Gay has a diverse range of work experience in various finance and operations roles. Kristin is currently the VP Finance & Performance at EINHUNDERT, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Operations at talentsconnect AG from March 2020 to April 2021. From April 2016 to January 2020, Kristin worked as an Investment Manager at High-Tech Gründferfonds. Kristin also gained experience at Deutsche Telekom, serving as a PA to the CFO of Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH und Telekom Shop Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH from February 2013 to March 2016, and participating in the Start up! Management Trainee Program with a focus on Finance from November 2011 to January 2013. Additionally, they worked at hub:raum as an Investment and Business Development professional from August 2015 to January 2016.

Kristin Gay attended the Technical University of Munich from 2006 to 2011. During their time there, they did not obtain a degree and did not specialize in any particular field of study. In 2008, they briefly enrolled in Bordeaux Ecole de Management, where they focused on finance and marketing. However, they also did not complete a degree at this institution.
