Tommy McCullough has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Tommy started their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Team Lead at Multiband Corporation and eventually became a Partner Support Lead, responsible for customer acquisition and activation. Tommy obtained leadership and problem-solving skills during this time and supervised a team of 45 agents.

In 2012, Tommy joined West Unified Communications Services as an Event Specialist. Through their dedication and expertise, they were promoted to Sr. Event Specialist and then Collaboration Manager. Tommy was recognized as a virtual event producer and technology expert.

In 2015, Tommy moved to WebMD Health Services, initially working as an Operational Administrator before being promoted to Operations Manager - Employee Experience. Tommy managed employee experience projects and programs, including digital signage to display progress and metrics.

From 2016 to 2018, Tommy worked at KinderCare Education as an Experience Producer (Program Manager). Tommy oversaw and implemented employee engagement programs, projects, and strategies for the nationwide organization. Tommy was responsible for developing content, managing logistics, tracking budgets, and negotiating contracts.

In 2018, Tommy joined Grownups Tech as a Tech Advisor and served as the founder of the technical business. Tommy was responsible for marketing, websites, social media, hiring, and training. Tommy provided hardware and software support and conducted workshop-based instruction for clients.

From 2019 to 2020, Tommy worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Clinicient, delivering customer service for outpatient rehabilitation software. Tommy resolved technical support issues, optimized the end-user experience, and implemented proactive measures to decrease case volume.

In 2020, Tommy joined Amwell as a Support Engineer and played a crucial role in developing and implementing best practices and technical solutions to uphold contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Tommy also served as a spirit guide for platform supportability.

Currently, Tommy is the Help Desk Manager at EIS Ltd, a position they have held since September 2022. In February 2023, they will transition into the role of Director of Support Operations.

Tommy McCullough obtained an Associate's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Bismarck State College between 2006 and 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead, completing it between 2008 and 2010.
