Alvian Miranda

Alvian Miranda is an experienced sales and customer service professional with a robust background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Inside Sales Manager at Ekahau since July 2021, Alvian previously held positions as Inside Sales Representative and has a wealth of experience from IAG as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Capital One as a Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where Alvian progressed from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Team Manager, along with a position as a Quality Apprentice.
