Leah Griffin

Leah Griffin has had significant experience in human resources and operations management, spanning diverse industries. Their most recent role is Vice President of Human Resources at EKI Digital, where they have been since June 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Present from April 2014 to June 2015. Before that, they worked at CGN Global, where they served as Managing Principal from 2011 to 2014. At CGN Global, Leah led a team providing IT consulting services to a major Fortune 100 insurance company. Leah was responsible for managing operations, resources, human resources, compensation, and benefits, and was involved in the recruitment and retention of staff. From 1992 to 2011, they worked at Blackwell Consulting Services, Inc., where they served as Vice President of Operations. There, Leah managed a team of 100 consultants and was responsible for driving more than $15M in annual revenues. Leah led various teams, including resource managers, HR coordinators, senior and junior recruiters, account coordinators, and time-and-billing administrators.

Leah Griffin began their education journey in 2011 at Kaplan University where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies in 2015. In 2018, Leah obtained a certification in Managing Diversity from LinkedIn. Additionally, they earned a certification as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) from HRCI at some point in time, although it is unknown when they obtained this certification.
