Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in business management and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner/manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro, nutritionist at a private clinic, and university lecturer covering applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
