Robert Heimer

Robert Heimer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Robert is currently the Director of Customer Care at El Paso Electric Company since 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at Austin Energy as a Customer Account Manager and Manager of Commercial and Key Accounts from 2014 to 2022. Robert also worked at CPS Energy where they were a Customer Service Operations Manager, Program/Project Manager, and Customer Care Supervisor from 2009 to 2014. Before that, they were a Technical Support Supervisor at 2Wire Inc. from 2006 to 2009 and a Senior Database Specialist, Senior Account Manager 2 at Discover Financial Services from 2002 to 2005.

Robert Heimer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from DeVry University in Phoenix, AZ from 2002 to 2005. In 2021, they started pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at West Texas A&M University, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Robert also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2020.
