Dale Burke

Dale Burke has extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly in the food industry. Dale'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management at El Pollo Loco, starting in 2014. Prior to that, they held various positions at Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, a Yum! Brands Co-op. Dale was promoted multiple times and took on increasing responsibilities throughout their tenure, ultimately serving as the Supply Chain Executive and Senior Director of Purchasing. In this role, they managed a significant budget, oversaw strategic sourcing and supply chain planning for multiple brands, and led a team of direct reports. Dale also has experience in commodity hedging, cost savings, and cross-functional collaboration.

Dale Burke holds an MBA in Finance from Texas Tech University, as well as a BS in Agricultural Economics from the same institution.
