Wael Elganaini

Wael ElGanaini has extensive work experience as a Chief Medical Officer. Wael began their career at Saudi German Hospitals Group in March 2004 and held this role until January 2021. In January 2021, they joined Elaj Group as their Chief Medical Officer.

Wael ElGanaini's education history starts with their Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Mansoura University School of Medicine. This degree was focused on the field of medicine.

Wael then went on to pursue a Masters of Health Services Administration from The George Washington University, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. This took place from 2001 to 2003.

In 2001, Wael also completed a short-term program at Oracle, where they obtained a Masters degree in Database Administration.

In 2003, they attended The American University in Cairo to earn a Six Sigma Orange Belt program in the field of study.

In 1996, Wael earned their Masters degree in Internal Medicine from Ain Shams University.

In 1999, they participated in a program focused on Telemedicine at Yale University.

Later, in 2016, Wael obtained a Certificate in High Impact Leadership from Imperial College Business School.

Finally, in 2018, they attended a seminar at Harvard Medical School Corporate Learning to enhance their knowledge and skills in Leadership in Healthcare Management.
