Oliver Dale

Oliver Dale has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Oliver started their career as an Employment Solicitor at Edge Ellison, where they developed expertise in employment legal work on corporate mergers and acquisitions. Oliver then joined McDermott Will & Emery LLP as a Senior Employment Associate, providing employment legal support and assisting US colleagues and companies in operating outside of the US. Oliver later joined UBS as Director, providing full-range employment legal support to various parts of the business, before transitioning to Nortel Networks as Senior Employment Legal Counsel EMEA. At Nortel, they handled employment law matters and initiatives in EMEA, as well as managing global projects and advising on mergers, acquisitions, and sale projects. Oliver then joined NatWest, where they held several roles including Group Head of Employment Law, Head of Employee Relations and Employment Law Commercial and Private Banking, and Head of Employment Law EMEA. In these roles, they oversaw employment legal teams, handled regulatory investigations, and provided support to a wide range of businesses within the bank. Most recently, Oliver is working at Elavon Europe as the Vice President of Employee Relations.

Oliver Dale attended the University of Kent from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors. Oliver'smajor field of study was Economic and Social History.
