Sam Searle has extensive experience in leadership and customer-focused roles in the payment and travel industries. Sam began their career at BOC/Rosenbluth International, where they served as a Global Trainer, responsible for training travel councillors and ensuring compliance with global standards. Sam then joined ResTec as a Manager, overseeing the development and implementation of Point of Sale standards and supporting Rosenbluth's global expansion. After that, Sam became the General Manager at Rosenbluth International, where they were accountable for customer implementation, management information reporting services, and CRS development. Sam later joined American Express Global Business Travel as a Director, leading customer onboarding and product deployment initiatives.
