Bonaventura Pacileo has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 with a Research Intern role at the United Nations University - CRIS. In 2015, they moved to the OECD-OCDE as a Junior Data Scientist and Data Analyst, where they conducted quantitative analysis on large scale datasets, led training workshops, and contributed to the research and development of new data products. In 2016, they co-founded a boutique consultancy, Learn More, and successfully participated in an incubator program. In 2020, they joined SyncVR Medical as a Data Scientist, where they designed and applied AI deep learning algorithms, harnessed sensors data to predict user activity, and was the owner of a product feature that increased user engagement by 2x. Most recently, they joined Elder as a Data Scientist in 2021.
