Megan Grovum

Megan Grovum started their work experience in 2012 at ComPsych, where they initially worked as an Assistant in Network Services. In this role, they coordinated invoices, aided the Provider Recruiter, and completed credentialing data entry for mental health providers. Megan then moved on to become a Provider Relations/Network Specialist, serving as the point of contact for in-network providers in 16 states. Megan executed provider contracts, negotiated rates, and resolved client complaints.

In 2014, Grovum joined Axelon Services Corporation as a Recruiter, using JobDiva software to source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and financial positions. Megan'sresponsibilities also included managing a high number of open requisitions and ensuring successful placements. Megan later became a Human Resources Generalist, where they handled all HR policies and procedures for in-house corporate staff. Grovum expanded the recruitment team internationally and spearheaded the creation of an in-house HRIS system for onboarding and HR administration.

Since 2019, Megan Grovum has been working at Eldridge as a Senior Human Resources Associate. Megan recently transitioned to the role of Director of Human Resources. No specific end date is provided for this position.
