Kristian Spring

Freelance Instructional Designer at eLearning Brothers

Kristian Spring started their work experience in 2010 as a Teachers Assistant at Brigham Young University. In 2011, they became a Research Assistant at the same university, where they worked on blended learning research and assisted in creating journal articles for publication. Kristian also served as an Instructor for an undergraduate course on teaching with technology during this time. From 2013 to 2014, Kristian held multiple positions, including Blended Learning Liaison at BYU Independent Study and Instructional Designer at BYU Museum of Art. In 2014, they joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as an Independent Instructional Designer, where they designed instructional videos and developed Articulate Storyline courses. Kristian later became an Elearning Developer at the same organization, designing employee training materials. In 2017, Kristian worked as a Freelance Instructional Designer at eLearning Brothers, where they designed eLearning courses and collaborated with SMEs and developers to create high-quality learning materials.

Kristian Spring's education history began in 2008 when they enrolled at Brigham Young University. From 2008 to 2012, Kristian pursued their undergraduate degree in Sociology with a focus on Technology and Social Change. Following their undergraduate studies, Kristian continued their education at Brigham Young University and obtained a Master's Degree in Instructional Psychology and Technology from 2012 to 2015. Building on their Master's Degree, Kristian went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Instructional Psychology and Technology at Brigham Young University, completing their doctoral studies from 2015 to 2018.
