Ben Chen

Ben Chen has held various engineering roles since 2012. Ben began their career as the Project Manager and Motor Team Lead for the CalSol UC Berkeley Solar Vehicle Team in 2012. In 2013, they took on an internship role as a Verification Prototypes Intern at Ford Motor Company and a Power Electronics Intern at Tesla Motors. Ben then moved to Tesla in 2014 as a Staff Mechanical Design Engineer. In 2022, they joined Electric Hydrogen Co. as a Staff Engineer.

Ben Chen attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
