Aayush Salot

Aayush Salot has a diverse work experience in various fields. Aayush is currently working as a System Engineer at Electric Power Systems, Inc. starting from June 2022. From January 2020 to May 2022, Aayush worked as a Mathematics Grader at the Department of Mathematics at Virginia Tech. In May and June 2021, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Kevin T. Crofton Department of Aerospace and Ocean Engineering at Virginia Tech, where they assisted a team of graduate and PhD students on a wind tunnel project. Aayush also has entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded MIRA in 2020. Additionally, they were recognized as a National Finalist in the Boeing Innovation Challenge in 2019 and worked as an Engineering Intern at Vijay Sabre Safety Pvt. Ltd. from May to August 2019.

Aayush Salot completed their Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from Virginia Tech College of Engineering from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Narsee Monjee Educational Trust's - Jamnabai Narsee School from 2003 to 2016, but no degrees or fields of study were specified. In addition to their formal education, Aayush Salot obtained a certification for their Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech in May 2022.
