Pranay Tembhurne

Pranay Tembhurne is an experienced project engineer currently with EFI Automotive since February 2020, responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project plans, managing product requirements, budgets, and schedules, while serving as a liaison between customers and Electricfil Corporation. Prior roles include Engineering Program Manager at Sakthi Automotive Group, where Pranay oversaw product design changes and managed new program launches for performance vehicles, and Program Manager at Ford Motor Company, coordinating design and release planning. Previous experience also includes manufacturing and production planning at Robert Bosch North America, a graduate engineering trainee role at Siddhi Founder Ltd, and internships in new product development and manufacturing. Pranay holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Production Sandwich from AISSMS, COE Pune.
